Pricing

• There is a $35 consult fee for New Home Design meetings at our office location and a $50 consult fee for Additions and Remodels requiring an onsite visit for the first consultation due at the time of booking. If the client is satisfied with the results of the meeting and wants to proceed with the design a deposit will be required.
• For new home design charges apply by square footage ($1.25 per square foot under roof).
• The client will receive up to 5 complete sets of drawings and a site plan (Owner to provide a current survey in CAD format or PDF). Engineering is
  not included.
• We will also email a PDF to the builder and client and a DWG file to the engineer the client has selected.
• Pricing on additions and renovations are determined at the time of the site visit.
• In addition, you may be required to have an engineer review and seal your plans for wind load, structural, and or M.E.P. design and calculations.
