The process is a simple one with the client's convenience and satisfaction always a priority.

• We will discuss your ideas: size, style, and layout (New Construction) or an onsite visit (Remodels & Additions) if required depending on your project
  needs. There is a $35 consult fee for New Home Design meetings at our office location and a $50 consult fee for Additions and Remodels requiring an onsite visit for the first consultation due at the time of booking. If the client is satisfied with the results of the meeting and wants to proceed with the design a deposit will be required.
• Next is the preliminary design that includes a preliminary floor plan and exterior elevation.
• A PDF file of the plan can be emailed to or picked up in person for review.
• Changes can be made according to the client's desired results. We include 2-3 minor revisions at no additional cost as long as the basic footprint remains unchanged.
• When a final drawing is agreed upon, we would be happy to offer a list of builders and engineers for you to talk with upon request.
• In the case of renovations, additions or garage plans we will take measurements before beginning the preliminary design.
