There is a $35 consult fee for New Home Design meetings at our office location and a $50 consult fee for Additions and Remodels requiring an onsite visits for the first consultation due at time of booking. If the client is satisfied with the results of the meeting and wants to proceed with the design a deposit will be required. The consult fee will be deducted from the your final plan invoice.
